With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I’m going to share how to achieve this classic look for Valentine’s Day. Perfect for date night, a night out with girls, or anything in between. The keys to this look are the winged liner and classic red lip.
Start with your face – you can use my contour routine I shared about a week ago – which is what I did here.
Next, I’m coming in with Maybelline’s new The Rock Nudes palette. It’s a 12-shade eye shadow palette that has just the right amount of edge! Using the bottom left color, I’m sweeping this all over my entire eyelid for a nice base. Then using the matte grey-brown shade on the top row, I’m going to smoke out my outer corners. EASY PEASY with just two simple steps for the eyeshadow. Can’t beat that!
Coming in with a liquid liner, I’m using Maybelline’s Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Eyeliner. I’m going to add a dramatic wing, one of the key’s to this look. If you need some winged liner tips – you can check out my Tips for a Perfect Winged Liner post!
Of course, we need mascara to finish off this look. I’m using the new Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara – which has a unique cup brush with cup-shaped bristles that help to scoop and lift lashes.
Va-va-voom! Obviously, we finish this classic look off with a red lip, T-Swift would be proud. I’m using Maybelline Color Sensational LipColor in Red Revival. These lipsticks come in a collection of brilliant shades so there’s one out there for everyone.
