Crazy Easy DIY Easter Bunny Nails

I can’t believe April is just a few short days away! It’s hard to believe that springtime might be joining us any minute now when the weather is still so gray and cold. I don’t know where you’re reading from but in New England this is the last few sad weeks before spring joins us. We get a solid 4 weeks of just gray rain. But, springtime in New England is a pretty glorious thing, so it sort of makes up for it.

I have some springtime inspired DIY’s I’m working on at the moment to get me in the mood. On my first ever Instagram Live I even shared the beginning of one! I had a ton of fun getting to chat and interact with you on Instagram Live! You can follow me on the old Instagram machine right here: @kallie_branciforte – I’ll surely be doing a lot more Instagram Lives and would love to have you join in.

For our first spring-inspired post I’m doing a fun Easter nail art design. This is super simple and makes you look like a nail art queen. All you need is a nail dotting tool, or you can use a toothpick if you don’t have one.

How to Make Easter Bunny Nails

One: Paint your nail a solid color, I opted for periwinkle

Two: Using a white polish, paint the top half of your nail.

Three: Using a nail dotting tool, or a toothpick, drag white polish up from the white section into two bunny ears.

Four: Using a pink polish add a dot for the nose and two lines inside the ears. Using a dark gray or black make two dots for the eyes.

Five: Apply topcoat.

See, didn’t I promise that was going to be so easy?! I think these little bunny nails are just too darn cute and so fun for Easter. You can wear them on a single nail like I did, make all your nails bunnies, or add some easter egg designs to the other nails.  This

I think these little bunny nails are just too darn cute and so fun for Easter. You can wear them on a single nail like I did, make all your nails bunnies.  If you wanted you could even add some easter egg designs to the other nails.  This confetti nail design would look so cute with it in pastel colors, or try this easy ombre nail art.

Even if the weather isn’t quite in the springtime mood just yet, my nails sure are.  Now I’m going to go immerse myself in other flowery, springtime DIYs in the hopes that it’ll make the warm weather come quicker!
