3 Affordable July 4th Looks

You guys know I love to scour Walmart for affordable and trendy fashion finds. I can always count on finding some stylish pieces without feeling like I’m overspending (which of course, I HATE.) So, today I’m excited to be partnering up with Walmart to share my recent summer finds with some July 4th inspiration.

Look One

The first look is great if you’re not into the full-on red white and blue look. This ruffle peplum top is SO comfortable and super flattering (and only $9!) The length is great for jeans or even leggings, and the ruffle detail is very forgiving (also easy for nursing!) This top comes in a few colors and I feel like I should stock up because it’s a great staple.

I paired them with these light wash jeans. Buying jeans online always makes me nervous but these fit true to size and have amazing comfy stretch so I was very pleasantly surprised. Plus, Walmart offers free returns so I didn’t have a lot to worry about. I was also a little hesitant about getting light wash jeans because they sometimes look frumpy on me (I don’t know why) but I think these look great. It’s a really nice shade, super light, and the distressed ankle detail is really cute.

Now, yo give this a festive, forth of July look, I just tied a red bandana in my hair. I got some requests to share how I do this so I’ll add a story highlight to Instagram! You could also do a bandana around your neck, pop on some red lipstick, or wear a red shoe!

Look Two

I’ve been dying to get a pair of jean-length overalls but have such a hard time finding ones that fit my long torso and long legs. Imagine my surprise when this $26 pair of overalls fit perfectly!! They are junior’s overalls so I sized up one size, but I probably could have gone with my normal size. If you want it a little more baggy, however, size up one. These overalls are seriously super impressive and I really couldn’t be more pleased with them. They are comfy, long enough (I’m 5’9”), and have a really flattering fit.

I’m wearing it with this red and white striped tee, perfect for the Fourth of July. It actually even had a star detail on the pocket! I also love how these silver metallic slides look with the overalls.

Look 3

Ok, for the final look I love the idea of a chambray dress. Chambray dresses are summer staples and I think they are perfect for July 4th! But, to make it a little more festive using a red bandana around your neck, or popping on some bright red lipstick does the trick.
