I’ve been doing a lot of self work this week (brought on partially by a mastermind group I sought out because I needed it.) I’ve been trying to goal set and also identify my strengths and weaknesses. Isn’t it funny how we think we know ourselves so well but yet when trying to come up with what we’re good at (or not)... it feels hard. And, whenever I voice something I think is a weakness, people often tell me they disagree 🙃🤷🏻‍♀️ So I’m trying to look hard at myself and really self evaluate. And I’ve decided one thing I want to strive to improve on this year is goal setting. I’ve never been good at BIG goal setting. I’m really great with small daily (or weekly) goals but bad at the big picture ones. I’m a detail person and I get so caught up in the steps to get there that I struggle to set the actual concrete goal. I also undersell myself so I worry about setting a goal too lofty and what will happen if I don’t meet it. . . Do you guys struggle to identify your biggest strengths or weaknesses?
